Protecting your home from roof to ground

Start with the problem you want solved

Gutters spilling over in a hard rain? Leaves and pine needles filling them again every fall? A downspout dumping water next to the foundation? We look at the whole system and explain your options before recommending work.

Gutter guards

We match protection to your trees, roof and debris. Workhorse Protection is our practical choice for many broadleaf properties, and perforated and micro-mesh options are available when they fit the home.

Every guard still needs routine maintenance.

Cleaning & Tune-Up

Restore flow and address leaks, loose hangers and downspout problems. An inspection tells us whether your gutters are ready for guards or need repairs first.

Seamless gutters & drainage

When the current system needs replacement or more capacity, we can assess 6-inch seamless gutters and Hi-Flow downspouts. Larger roofs may benefit from a 7-inch system.

Real work from our crew near Bardwell

What we look for on a western Kentucky gutter job

These photos come from jobs we did in Wickliffe and Clinton, two towns a short drive from Bardwell. They show the details we check on every home.

Roof valley ending at an outside corner on a Wickliffe, KY home before new seamless gutters — **Problem roof corners.** In Wickliffe, a roof valley ended at an outside corner. We used Hi-Capacity gutters and a Hi-Flow downspout with a splash guard to catch the runoff and send it away from the home.

Downspout outlet on a gutter repair and gutter guard job in Clinton, KY — **Outlets done right.** In Clinton, the original outlets had been cut with snips and a screwdriver. We punch and install proper outlets so downspouts can drain.

Gutter with powder coated mesh gutter guard installed on a Wickliffe, KY home — **Guards that fit the debris.** After cleaning out clogged gutters and downspouts in Wickliffe, we installed powder coated mesh guards to help keep out broad leaves and pine cones.

Getting to know Bardwell

A railroad town and Carlisle County's seat

Bardwell grew up around the railroad. It was founded in 1874 when a line that became part of the Illinois Central reached the site, and the state incorporated the town in 1878. When Carlisle County was formed in 1886, the county seat soon moved to Bardwell because of its central location.

Today US 51 and US 62 meet on the north side of town. That puts Bardwell about 8 miles from Wickliffe and roughly 30 miles from Paducah.

Christmas lights you can enjoy

Our Christmas service can include design, commercial-grade lights and hardware, installation, timers, in-season service, takedown and storage. We explain the scope and price before the work begins.

Questions from Bardwell homeowners

Does Heartland ProGutters serve Bardwell?

Yes. We serve Bardwell and Carlisle County from our Mayfield-based business. Tell us your address and the work you need so we can set up a site visit.

Can you install guards on my existing gutters?

Often, yes. We first check condition, drainage and attachment. Cleaning or repairs may be needed before guard installation, and we explain any recommended preparation before you approve the work.

Will gutter guards eliminate cleaning?

No. Guards reduce the debris entering the gutter, but no system eliminates maintenance. We recommend routine roof-and-gutter maintenance and match the guard to the property's debris.

Can gutters solve every water problem in my yard?

No. Gutters manage roof runoff. Where that water goes after the downspout is a separate part of the plan. Pooling may call for downspout redirection or drainage work after a site assessment.

Do you install and take down Christmas lights?

Yes. We can plan and install the display, provide in-season service, take it down and store it for the next season. Your estimate describes the included decorations and service.
