Water follows low spots. Traffic pushes loose gravel toward the edges. Washboarding and shallow ruts make the driveway rougher every time you pull in.
A Driveway Refresh reworks the existing surface before ordinary wear turns into a larger repair. It can make the treated area smoother and more uniform, but it does not replace missing gravel or correct a failed base or drainage problem.

Gravel often gets packed into shallow ruts, pushed toward the shoulder, or left uneven across the driving surface. A power rake loosens and redistributes usable material already present.
If the driveway has enough existing gravel, a Refresh may be the sensible first step. If material is missing, we can explain what additional repair is needed and arrange gravel delivery under a separate quote.

Payment Is Handled at Checkout
Both required items are paid or financed through Shopify checkout before scheduling. Additional onsite work is quoted separately and must be paid before our equipment leaves.

Your Reservation Reserves Real Equipment Time
The $300 reservation and mobilization item is part of your $1,075 checkout total. It is not a separate estimate fee.
Cancellation
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date for a deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in the deposit being retained for reserved time, loading, and mobilization. Genuine emergencies are handled reasonably and individually.
Weather
Rain, saturated ground, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. Weather-related rescheduling by Heartland does not cause you to lose your deposit.
When You Are Present
We complete the work, conduct the final walkthrough, and collect the remaining balance before our equipment leaves the property.
When You Cannot Be Present
If an authorized adult will not be present for the final walkthrough, the remaining balance must be paid through Shopify before work begins.

Common Driveway Refresh Questions
What size driveway does the $1,075 package cover?
The standard package covers power-rake treatment of up to 2,400 square feet. That is approximately a 12-foot-wide driveway that is 200 feet long. Parking areas and shorter, wider driveways may also qualify based on total treated area.
What if my driveway is larger than 2,400 square feet?
You can select the 2,400-square-foot section that needs attention most or add coverage in 600-square-foot blocks for $240 plus tax per block.
Do I need to measure the driveway myself?
Your best estimate is enough to begin. We can often estimate the area from aerial imagery and will verify the selected treatment area during the onsite survey.
Does the Refresh include new gravel?
No. The standard Refresh uses a power rake to rework gravel already on the property. If the driveway needs more material, we can arrange delivery and quote that work separately.
Will the Refresh permanently eliminate potholes and erosion?
No surface treatment can guarantee that. Rainfall, drainage, traffic, base condition, and the amount of existing gravel all affect driveway performance. We guarantee that the approved area receives the described power-rake treatment, but we do not guarantee against future potholes, rutting, washboarding, or erosion.
How close do I need to be to Mayfield?
Standard mobilization is intended for qualifying properties within approximately 40 miles of Mayfield, Kentucky. Availability is confirmed by address. Properties outside the standard area may require an additional travel charge.
Do I need to be home?
You may authorize the work without being present, but the remaining balance must be paid before work begins. If you are present, payment is due after the walkthrough and before our equipment leaves.
